Another Castro has declared his support for what many still see as the inevitable Democratic presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton. No, it is not Raul, Fidel’s younger brother (“Fidel Endorses Hillary For President.) This Castro is Joaquin, U.S. House Representative from Texas; the identical twin brother of Julian who served as Mayor of San Antonio from 2009 to 2014 and is now the 16th United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the Obama Cabinet.
“There’s no doubt about it: Hillary is the best person to be our 45th president,” Castro declared. “Hillary has always been a tireless advocate for working families — she’s never ceased to make sure everybody has a fair shot at achieving the American Dream.”
Many political analysts are discussing Castro as an excellent VP choice for Clinton. The many benefits of such a vice presidential nominee are obvious. He is young, good-looking, well spoken and one of the more prominent Latino Democrats involved in national politics. In a 2013 Latino Decisions poll, 32% of the Latino voters surveyed said that a Castro bid for vice president would make them more likely to vote for the Democratic ticket in 2016.
In case you’re confused, it is not the Castro who endorsed Hillary people are talking about. It is brother Julian who is attracting all the buzz and excitement!
Don’t shortchange Rep. Castro, however. He is no political slouch. I hear he is every bit as young and good-looking as Julian.
To recap. The Castro who has endorsed Hillary Clinton is not likely to become her running mate. The Castro twin who has not endorsed her is. Go it?
Now wouldn’t a Clinton-Castro ticket be a great choice to go up against a Republican offering of Trump-Rubio? Like the Democratic counter part, Senator Marco Rubio is also young, good-looking, well spoken and one of the more prominent Latinos involved in national politics!
A real Mexican standoff of vice presidential candidates! OK, Rubio is Cuban.

I like the title of your website and I like the introduction, full of promises. It is true and it is even truer seen from abroad that your nation is now hosting a majority of morons.
Be reassured that you’re not the only one realizing that, it’s a common trend in all the western world.
The USA are just at the epitome of the stupidity wave if I may say.
Our very system, the lobbies, media, corporations, corrupt governments are the main responsible f this situation, and of course ourselves, docile sheep who content themselves with less than the bare intellect minimum, brainwashed by technology gadgets, advertisement and political propaganda.
However, after few years of Obama rule in your country it is now clear that the disease is not linked to a character or another. Supposedly more intelligent, than GWB, Obama has managed to be as bad or even worse than Bush as a president. Not only for your country but for the rest of the world.
– 2 stable, if undemocratic governments have been toppled by the Obama’s administration, Syria and Libya, with the results we know: the creation and support of more terrorists groups that we had ever seen before. We reached a point in the level of horror rarely seen in human history.
– The other result of the stupidity (or criminality) of this administration is the current massive waves of illegal immigrants swarming Europe with the help of those who should contain it, the EU, a body that clearly takes its orders in Washington. Hundreds of thousands of so called refugees including isis members, economic migrants from countries not at war are passing through Europe unchallenged thanks to the removal of Syria and Libya structures and governments. This looks like an orchestrated invasion. But the morons majority (in reality a tiny minority who owns the power) want to help, rescue and bring more of these so called “migrants” to a continent already bled to death by bankers and islamic terrorists.
– A genocide is ongoing in Yemen where a fascist religious regime, the main supporter and financier of terrorism worldwide is massacring innocent civilians everyday with the help of Obama’s administration against every international law and without any UN mandate.
– Obama just authorise Shell to drill in the Arctic, he showed already his love for all the corporations destroying the planet like Monsanto who got level of protections from the gvt unseen before. Did they finance his campaign?
– Fuelling revolts in Venezuela , Ukraine and other parts of the world to get rid of regimes unfriendly to the USA is not unique to Obama’s administration but reinstating the conditions of a new cold war and perhaps a third world war is the making of one very crazy or very stupid administration. Just for those who have a doubt, nobody in Europe believes a word of the anti Russian propaganda we see everyday on the media channels controlled by private interests. We know how much our economies suffer from an unsustainable embargo. Our governments are also encouraging stupidity and fighting against the interest of their own countries.
– I will not speak about what is happening in Ferguson and other places, it seems that with elections coming, some media take a real pleasure of showing black people being killed by white policemen under the presidency of another supposedly black man.
Do you really think that your “elected” (by those who pay the most) president are really in charge of anything in today’s America?
If stupidity is so much cultivated and engineered by the system, it’s because it’s probably easier for the real masters of the world to lead idiots than smart people.
No president can ever be as bad or even worse than Bush.
