Trump Calls For Investigation Of Impeachment Vote

December 20, 2019 By John DeProspo Leave a Comment

Reprint from moronmajority.com

Alleging foul play, Donald Trump is asking for an investigation of the electronic voting system used in the House of Representatives.

White House sources say Trump believes the only way he could have lost the House vote is for hacking to have occurred. In fact, these same sources say Trump was “shellshocked” when he learned the impeachment vote went against him.

“All my top people told me Nancy didn’t have the votes to impeach,” Trump tweeted today. “This is 100% VOTER FRAUD!”

“Why doesn’t the House take votes like the Senate?” questioned Trump. “Very fishy.”

It should be noted that, unlike the Senate where votes are recorded by roll call, electronic voting is unique to the House due to the fact it is four times larger than the Senate.

One aide, who asked for anonymity, said that when asked what proof he had for his allegation, Trump snapped, “I don’t need proof. I have Barr!”

It has been confirmed that Trump’s Attorney General, William Barr, will be opening an investigation into the alleged hacking of the House voting system. He is expected to hire Kaspersky Lab, a cyber security firm headquartered in Moscow, to handle the probe.

Marianne Williamson Proves Why We All Need To Do Our Due Diligence

December 10, 2019 By John DeProspo Leave a Comment

Reprint from moronmajority.com

About one month ago, I wrote a satirical piece, “Trump Pardons Charles Manson.” I also reposted the article on Dailykos.com.

What was intended as a lighthearted jab at Trump’s expansive, and seemingly indiscriminate, use of his pardoning power has morphed into a major brouhaha and latest embarrassment for presidential candidate Marianne Williamson.

Not realizing the story was satire, Williamson tweeted:

“There is something deeply sinister about Trump pardoning Charles Manson, even posthumously. Dog whistles of the very worst possible kind…”

Williamson later apologized for the mistake and said that she was “glad to have been wrong,” but then deleted both the original tweet and the apology.

If only the self-help guru had done a simple Google search she would have discovered the story was in jest. Scopes.com correctly labeled the article as “satire.”

Williamson should have read the disclaimer on moronmajority.com, which reads, “This site is devoted to satire. If you believe any of the stuff you read here, don’t look now, but you probably belong to the group this site is named for.”

Let this be a teachable moment for one and all. If a story sounds preposterous … totally batsh*t crazy … it is probably fake news or well done satire.

Then again, in the age of Trump, where windmills cause cancer, can we say anything is utterly ludicrous?

Trump Pardons Charles Manson

November 16, 2019 By John DeProspo 3 Comments

Reprint from moronmajority.com

Just days after pardoning three service members convicted, or accused, of war crimes, Donald Trump has issued a posthumous pardon to the convicted cult leader, Charles Manson, who died in prison in 2017.

Asked why he would pardon one of the most hated criminals in American history, Trump replied, “I always thought Charlie got a bum rap. He never killed anyone. It was his followers who committed the crimes.”

Some are speculating this latest pardon is just another one of Trump’s outrageous acts meant to distract the American public from the ongoing impeachment proceedings. Others believe it is a setup to the much-anticipated pardon of his good friend and self-proclaimed “dirty trickster,” Roger Stone.

Said an anonymous source, “If you look at the piddling crimes he was convicted of … obstruction of justice, lying to Congress and witness tampering, it will make Roger’s pardon less odious in comparison.”

Fighting back against his detractors, Trump added he has every right to issue pardons.

“The Constitution, and William Barr, give me the right to do whatever I want,” declared a resolute Trump.

Baby Trump Mortally Wounded (b.2018, d.2019)

November 11, 2019 By John DeProspo 2 Comments

It is with great sadness that the Blimp family announces the passing of Baby Trump. The well-travelled balloon was fatally stabbed this Saturday during a rally in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, just prior to the much-anticipated Alabama-LSU football game. Baby Trump will be lovingly remembered by his supporters and handlers for a life of public service cut short by a crazed slasher who authorities have charged with first-degree criminal mischief.

Funeral services in memory of Baby Trump have yet to be announced by the grieving Blimps. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all concerned citizens vote blue across the board in the upcoming elections.

Trump To Confine Public Appearances To MAGA Rallies

November 3, 2019 By John DeProspo 2 Comments

First it happened Tuesday during game five of the World Series in Washington D.C. Then again last night at the UFC fight at New York’s Madison Square Garden. Donald Trump has been loudly booed at two sporting events within a span of five days.

Donald Trump was even booed when he was nowhere in sight … during game seven of the World Series when a campaign ad was flashed across the jumbotron.

White House aides are concerned.

“Is any place safe these days?” asked a worried staffer.

In order to protect their boss, all future public appearances will now be limited to the friendly confines of Trump’s carefully planned and staged rallies.

Just to err on the safe side, Trump’s scheduled appearance at next week’s Proud Boys rally is being cancelled.

Trump Threatens To Veto Any Articles Of Impeachment Approved By The House

October 31, 2019 By John DeProspo 4 Comments

Reprint from moronmajority.com

It is becoming ever more clear the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives will vote out articles of impeachment against Donald Trump to send to the Senate for trial.

After today’s vote in the House formalizing the procedures of the impeachment inquiry, which passed mostly along party lines (232-196), Donald Trump tweeted the following:

Today the conflicted Democrat House voted against me 232-196. This pathetic display is an unconstitutional attack against your duly elected president that will amount to nothing. I will veto any articles of impeachment that come out of the House. And Little Nancy is too dumb to do the math. She does not have the two-thirds vote to override my veto

It appears White House staff members are too intimidated by their boss to explain to him how the Constitutional impeachment process works.

Trump Defends “Colorado Border Wall” Comment

October 24, 2019 By John DeProspo 2 Comments

In a tweet today, Donald Trump defended his claim the U.S. is building a wall along Colorado’s southern border:

I was perfectly correct in talking about building a wall in Colorado. What does Colorado border? Mexico! Yes some call it New Mexico … New Mexico, Old Mexico, what’s the difference?

Trump even presented a “map” to support his claim.

Trump Threatens To Sue Founding Fathers

October 22, 2019 By John DeProspo 3 Comments

Resorting to his most tried-and-true tactic, Donald Trump has threatened to sue the framers of the United States Constitution. Citing how unfair and restrictive the document is to his presidency, Trump is seriously looking into a “very big” lawsuit against the legends of American history.

“I’m going against the whole lot of them,” said an angry Trump. “Washington, Hamilton, Franklin, Adams, Jefferson Jay and Madison.”

According to sources, Trump is upset how those American patriots and visionaries have hamstrung his presidency at almost every turn with their “phony constitution.” Asked Trump, “What good is being president if I can’t do whatever I want to do?”

“The president’s first instinct on these types of things is very often: Sue, sue, sue, and then sue some more,” said a close confidant of the Suer-in-Chief.

Trump’s personal attorneys, Jay Sekulow and Rudy Giuliani, have not informed Trump that it is not possible to bring a lawsuit against people who have been dead for over 200 years.

“I learned long ago never to question the wisdom of perhaps the most brilliant president in American history,” said Giuliani with a straight face. “The man usually gets what he wants.”

While seemingly incredible, it is being reported that Trump has consulted with the former slave and famed American intellectual, Frederick Douglass, in his pursuit of legal action against the authors of the Constitution.

“Frederick Douglass is an example of somebody who’s done an amazing job and is getting recognized more and more, I notice,” said Trump.

Whether or not Trump actually follows through with his threat of legal action remains to be seen. If history is any guide, Trump’s threats to sue will amount to nothing more than a way to intimidate his enemies … dead or alive.

Trump Accidentally Pardons Wrong Turkey

October 17, 2019 By John DeProspo 2 Comments

The presidential turkey pardon is a White House tradition dating back to 1963. While some historians have claimed it was President Lincoln’s 1863 clemency to a turkey, recorded in a 1865 dispatch by White House reporter, Noah Brooks, that originated the ceremony, most agree it was JFK who popularized the ritual as we know it today.

A White House source has revealed that when Donald Trump was reminded of this year’s turkey pardon, he mistakenly got on the phone with Turkey’s president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who took Trump’s message as a green light to invade Syria.

Upon learning of the error, White House aides brought the snafu to Trump’s attention, only to be rebuffed by the commander in chief.

“Turkey is a beautiful country and they have every right to exist and do whatever they want,” said a proud and defiant Trump.

When administration officials informed Erdoğan of the embarrassing mix-up, he replied, “Sorry, no backsies.”

Trump Turns To Religion To Get Through Troubled Times

October 15, 2019 By John DeProspo 3 Comments

Reprint from moronmajority.com

The man who was been described as the least religious person ever to occupy the White House is turning to God for solace during the most difficult stretch of his presidency.

Yes, this is the same man who spoke of “Two Corinthians.” He is the same person who, when asked if he’s ever asked God for forgivingness, answered, “I don’t think so.” He is the same individual who could not name one verse from his favorite book, the Bible.

Many are cynically claiming Trump’s turn to religion is just a ploy to shore up his evangelical base. But some White House aides are saying Trump has truly found faith. One aide has actually verified she heard Trump declare, “Jesus is my personal Lord and Savior.”

To prove Trump’s transformation is real, the aide said Trump recenlty contacted Cardinal Timothy Dolan, Archbishop at New York’s St. Patrick’s Cathedral, to schedule a confession (Yes, confession is a sacrament open to non-Catholics).

The Archbishop has confirmed he has blocked off next week to accommodate Trump’s confessional.
