Here is a list of the top twenty celebrities supporting the billionaire/TV star for the highest office in the land:

As a rule, celebrities and Hollywood types tend to lean left. But every rule has expectations. I am not implying all the names listed above are far-right, card-carrying conservatives. The truth is Trump, on many issues, swings from left, to right… all the way to the bizzaro world. His philosophical makeup is hard to pin down because he has no core political principles. Perhaps that is why so many voters, including celebrities, love their Trump. Chaos, in a weird way, has a certain level of appeal.

I’m surprised by Gary Sinise. How could Lt. Dan do that to us? And I thought Kelsey Grammar is smart, but when I saw he was spouting Republican nonsense this last year, it’s obvious he’s drunk the purple Kool-aid.
Yes, I was surprised by that also. I didn’t put the obvious names on the list: Gary Busey, Ted Nugent, etc.

Mark Cuban—that’s it for his Mavs and Shark Tank street cred. And he paid Wes Matthews (who I love) $17 million this year to lose in the first round. Fun story there. He and Maria Cantwell (D-WA, US Senate) each had loads of realplayer stock. Cuban sold at the top and it “made” him. Cantwell rode it all the way back to virtually 0.
